TAK Structures Ltd is a small consultancy providing structural engineering services with a focus on refurbishment, residential and commercial properties, and bespoke office fit outs.

Our experience and expertise in designing for historic London buildings to accommodate modern spatial requirements and bespoke finishes provides us with unique skills to help create design led solutions for our clients.

We provide fast, tailored responses to structural design issues that offer value for the client and work with the architectural aesthetics of the project.

As well as refurbishments we design medium-scale new build residential developments and have the latest 3D design programmes to allow us to work in collaboration with all consultants on the design team. We also have extensive experience of contractor design support, working to the tight deadlines that fit-outs often require and providing solutions to site discoverables.

Our professionals are all members of the Institution of Structural Engineers and we aim to support all our other staff to obtain professional qualifications that benefit both them and the project work they complete. We always look to keep an eye on sustainability by retaining and reusing structural elements and our economic designs also feed into this.
