Marc has over 35 years experience in the construction industry having worked for local authorities, contractors and consultants.

He is a Fellow of Institution of Structural Engineers.

A director with TAK Structures, he has a wealth of experience of both commercial and residential projects as well as working on Grade I & II Listed Buildings with English Heritage and Crown Estates Architects.

Greg has extensive experience of building refurbishment having worked on numerous historic buildings across London over the last 25 years.

He is especially interested in design-led projects that incorporate sustainability via the re-use of existing space & structure.

He is the founding director of TAK Structures Ltd and is involved at all project stages from planning concepts to construction detailing.

Terry began his career as a Technician Engineer and has over 30 years’ experience in the industry.

His expertise is in new build residential having completed developments all over London.

As a Director he has involvement from start to finish and having started his working life on the drawing board, Terry encourages all design staff to become proficient in CAD and understand the importance of a clear and concise set of drawings.

Hamid has been involved in a diverse range of projects over his 25+ year career. Early on, he worked on projects led by Richard Rogers Architects at The K2 St Katherine’s Dock and the Montevetro in Battersea.

His expertise is in multi-storey residential developments and he is skilled with design software for analysing complex frames in both steelwork and concrete.

Nicholas has over 25 years’ experience working in structural engineering consultancies. He uses both Revit & AutoCAD as well as often taking on the role of Project Coordinator on larger jobs.

He specialises in large scale residential development projects having worked with various high profile clients including Redrow New Homes and Weston Homes.

Andrew has extensive experience of temporary works design from early in his career and continues to provide expertise in this area. He is a Graduate Member of Institution of Structural Engineers.

He has worked on a wide range of project from commercial fit-outs to steelwork frame extensions in refurbishment projects.

Norman Train was President of the Institution of Structural Engineers in 2010 and has over 40 years experience in the construction industry having worked for contractors, local authorities and consultants.

He is a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers, the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.  He won the President’s Prize for the highest mark in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Award Exam in 1995.  He is also a Member of The Worshipful Company of Engineers.

Gerry deals with all things financial, running the company's payroll and invoicing amongst other things. She has experience of numerous accountancy sofware programmes.
